Realtor.com Listings for Maine Association of Realtors Are Among the Freshest on the Internet

Currently, half of all the listings on the site are updated every 15 minutes and the remainder are updated at least once per day. No other site has so many listings updated as frequently. Homes for sale are also timestamped so consumers know exactly when the listing was last updated.
To stay on top of the market, home buyers searching in Maine on Realtor.com can opt-in to receive emails or RSS feeds that deliver immediate updates when a property matching a buyer's saved search criteria is listed, as well as when price adjustments or new photos are added to a listing of interest.
